Production Process
Each wooden toy undergoes a rigorous handcrafted process to ensure flawless quality. Starting from raw wood (white blank), the material is carefully cut, hand-sanded, and preliminarily selected to ensure that every detail is impeccable. Afterward, the toys go through cleaning and painting, with each step carried out by experienced artisans. The drying process is naturally done and then manually inspected to eliminate any imperfections, ensuring that every toy is in its best state. Finally, the toys are hand-assembled and undergo a thorough inspection to ensure no defects before being prepared for shipment.
